I called your store twice inquiring about saving you money for the energy I thought you may have been using for your business. Both times I was treated very rudely over the phone. Even though you are not using the product I am selling, a simple "no thank you" would have gone a long way.
I just wanted to let you know that as a travelling sales rep I stop and eat at a lot of different restaurants in Fredericton and because of how I was treated over the phone I will never stop by your location.
You may want to be a bit friendlier to potential customers, even if they are trying to sell you something.
